Refund policy

At Glanz, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy (excluding bulk orders), as we stand by the quality of our products.

Returns & Replacements

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, please raise a request via our Request Return & Replacement page within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos and a video of the product and outer packaging.

If we’ve sent the wrong or damaged item, Glanz will replace it at no extra cost.

Return Conditions 

1. Product must be unused and in original packaging
2. Proof of purchase is required
3. Minor colour, texture, or size variations (up to 5% or 2 cm) are not considered defects
4. Certain items are Final Sale and not eligible for return (fragile, handcrafted, or food-related items)

Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality checks, a store credit or refund (to the original payment method) will be issued. Store credits are valid for 3 months.

Order & Delivery Notes

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
2. Repeated COD refusals may restrict future COD orders
3. Prepaid order re-delivery may incur charges
